How can I change my order?
We aim to process and pack your order as soon as possible to get it to you.
There is a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed when we may be able to cancel your order but this is not guaranteed.
If your order has been picked and packed in our warehouse, or if you have received your dispatch email then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order at that stage.
If you wish to change an order, contact us at contact.eu@theuntamed.com with the subject 'Change my order' as the reason and we will do our best to action this for you.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been packaged and picked up from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking code to help you monitor the status of your order.
How can I change my sponsor?
A sponsor can be changed during the enrollment month of the recruit upon request from the sponsor made directly to contact.eu@theuntamed.com. A recruit cannot request a change of sponsor.
