Cancellation of membership

You can cancel a membership at any time by emailing contact.eu@theuntamed.com, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership term. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
Additionally, if your annual membership has been renewed, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of the renewal date by emailing contact.eu@theuntamed.com. In this case, the full fee for the renewed year will be refunded to you.
